Optimisation Study of Prestressed Anchor Roadway Support Scheme
In order to improve the support effect and optimise the support scheme, this paper analyses the support effect under different support parameters, and finds that firstly, with the increase of preload, the superimposed length of the compressive stress area shows a gradual increase, that is to say, when the anchor preload increases, the stronger the effect of superimposing the stress between the anchors. At the same time, with the increase of anchor spacing, the superposition length of compressive stress area and the average value of compressive stress show a decreasing trend,i.e.,when the anchor spacing increases, the worse the effect of stress superposition between anchors.According to the simulation results, the optimisation scheme is given, and the application study of the optimised support scheme is carried out,and it is found that the surface displacement of the roadway is reduced by about 3%after optimisation compared with the original support design, the amount of shallow roof slab delamination is reduced by about 2%,and there is no obvious change in deep delamination, which makes a certain contribution to the reduction of cost and increase of efficiency of the mine.
