机器视觉技术在输送带跑偏检测中应用分析

为提高带式输送机运行可靠性及故障早期预警能力,提出将非接触式的机器视觉技术应用到带式输送机跑偏检测中.对跑偏检测整体架构以及图像处理、分析以及跑偏量识别过程等进行分析,并通过对比现场实测与机器视觉检测获取的输送带跑偏量.构建的跑偏检测系统运行平稳,可在一定程度提升带式输送机跑偏故障预警能力.
Application of Machine Vision Technology in Conveyor Belt Runout Detection
In order to improve the reliability of belt conveyor operation and the early warning ability of faults,it is proposed to apply the non-contact machine vision technology to the deflection detection of belt conveyor.The overall structure of deflection detection and the process of image processing,analysis and deflection identification are analysed,and the deflection of the conveyor belt obtained by comparing the field measurement and machine vision detection is compared.The runaway detection system constructed runs smoothly and can improve the runaway fault warning capability of belt conveyor to a certain extent.
