综采工作面联合通风除尘系统应用

摘要
针对申家庄煤矿N11511工作面在回采过程中粉尘浓度高、能见度低等技术难题,严重制约着工作面安全高效回采的问题,提出了"自动控制喷雾除尘+泡沫抑尘"联合除尘系统.通过实际应用效果来看,采用联合除尘系统后降低了工作面除尘劳动作业强度,提高自动化水平以及除尘效果,工作面回采期间粉尘质量浓度由原来的127 mg/m3降低为24 mg/m3,取得了显著应用成效.
Abstract
Aiming at the technical difficulties such as high dust concentration and low visibility during the mining process of N11511 working face of Shenjiazhuang Coal,which seriously restricts the safe and efficient mining of the working face,based on the problems of the traditional spraying and sprinkling device,the joint dust removal system of"automatic control spraying and dust removal+foam dust suppression"has been proposed.Through the actual application effect,the use of joint dust removal system reduces the working face dusting labour intensity,improve the automation level and dust removal effect,the dust quality concentration during the working face mining back from the original127 mg/m3to24 mg/m3,and has achieved significant application results.
