基于牛山煤矿15102切巷在掘进施工过程中受围岩集中应力影响,切巷施工后围岩破碎严重,分析了原支护设计及主要存在的问题,并进行支护合理优化,提出了"恒阻锚索+桁架锚索+水力膨胀锚杆+单体液压支柱"等联合支护技术.通过实际应用效果来看,采取联合支护技术后控制了围岩变形现象,保证了后期工作面设备安装安全,取得了显著应用成效.
Optimisation of Support for Large Section Cuts in Stress Zones
Based on the influence of the concentrated stress of the surrounding rock during the excavation and construction of the 15102 cut channel of Niushan Coal Mine,the surrounding rock is seriously broken after the construction of the cut channel,analysed the original design of the support and the main problems,and carried out the reasonable optimization of the support,and put forward the joint support technology,such as the"constant resistance anchor cable+truss anchor cable+hydraulic expansion anchor+monolithic hydraulic strut",and so on.Through the actual application of the effect,the joint support technology to control the phenomenon of deformation of the surrounding rock,to ensure the safety of equipment installation in the later working face,and achieved significant results.
