Application of Vibration Velocity Method in Gearbox Testing
Automobile gearbox is an important component of automobile,and its quality greatly affects the performance of automobile.In the process of actual operation,the vibration and noise of the gearbox are two key problems,in order to better test the gearbox,the theoretical knowledge of the vibration speed method is analysed,and the vibration speed method is applied to the test process of the gearbox,and the vibration speed method measurement and data processing are investigated,and the total noise is corrected,and the conclusions of the acoustic pressure meter and the vibration speed method are analysed,and it is known that the vibration speed method is applied to the test of the gearbox with good results and better performance.It can be seen that the application of vibration velocity method in gearbox testing is better and has better application prospects.
