带式输送机防飘带技术应用研究

高曲矿18406底抽巷带式输送机设计时坡度较大,通常发生变坡点突然抬升22°,这会导致变坡点中间位置发生抬高.受地质构造的影响巷道坡度较大,皮带输送机在启动或空载运行过程中经常会产生"飘带"现象,基于此,对18406底抽巷大倾角带式输送机初始设计方案进行优化设计,并投入实践应用.当前,优化后的防飘带技术已运行近1年时间,变坡段未发生输送带飘带、跑偏、撕裂等安全事故发生,安全经济效益显著.
Application of Anti-Drift Belt Technology of a Belt Conveyor
The belt conveyor in 18406 bottom pumping lane is designed with a large slope,and it usually occurs that the change of slope point suddenly raises more than 22°,which leads to the elevation of the middle position of the change of slope point Due to the influence of geological structure,the slope of the roadway is large,and the belt conveyor often produces the phenomenon of"fluttering belt"in the process of starting or no-load operation.Based on this,the initial design scheme of the large inclination belt conveyor in the 18406 bottom pumping road of Xiqu Mine of Xishan Coal and Electricity Group was optimised and put into practice.At present,the optimised anti-fluttering belt technology has been in operation for nearly one year,and no safety accidents such as conveyor belt fluttering,deflection,tearing,etc.have occurred in the variable-slope section,and the safety and economic benefits are remarkable.
