Application of Four-Quadrant Switched Reluctance Electric Traction System in Coal Mine Large Inclination Angle Coal Mining Machine
The switched reluctance motor control system(SRD)has low cost,simple structure,small current and large starting torque,which is ideal for coal mining machinery.The traction power and the drive performance of SRD with low current and high torque during the operation of large inclination coal mining machine are qualitatively analysed,and at the same time,the application of four-quadrant switched reluctance electric traction system in large inclination coal mine is also explored and investigated.The application of four-quadrant switched reluctance electric traction system in large inclination coal mine is also investigated.It is proved by the field use in large inclination coal seam that the four-quadrant SRD system can fully satisfy the needs of mining operation in the mining area,and effectively improve the utilisation rate of the mining equipment and the recovery rate of the coal resources.
