Parameter Sensitivity Analysis of Guide Vane Actuator
Hydraulic actuators have been widely used in aerospace airplanes for their advantages of high reliability, high power-to-weight ratio, and high adaptability, etc. The improvement of their dynamic and static performance mainly depends on the matching of key parameters of the system. This paper establishes a performance simulation model of the engine guide vane actuator, and verifies the accuracy of the model results based on the test. The model is used to analyze the actuator's key design parameters such as the difference in the area of the two chambers of the actuator's actuator cylinder, the diameter of the cooling holes, the rated flow rate of the servo valve, and the diameter of the pipeline, and analyzes the sensitivity of the actuator's kinetic and static performances such as the maximum speed, the response time, the tracking error, the frequency response, and so on,and the parameter influence laws and influence The influence law and influence of parameters are obtained, and the sensitivity of parameters to performance is quantitatively calculated, which provides a reference basis and theoretical support for the parameter matching design of actuator products.
