3D Modeling and Motion Simulation of Grip Jaw Based on SolidWorks
In order to solve the problem of slippage and running when the wire is hung, and improve the design efficiency of the grip jaw,the structure and working principle of the grip jaw are analyzed in this paper, and the SKLT-60 grip jaw is taken as the main research object.Based on the 3D software SolidWorks and its Motion plug-in,the method and steps of part modeling, virtual assembly and motion simulation are described. The grasping force of the clip, the movement trajectory of the upper clip, the limit position of the rocker and the change curve of the slipper stroke with time are obtained by simulation. The results show that the clamping force, transmission Angle and ring stroke meet the design conditions of the grip jaw.The simulation analysis for the grip jaw is completed combining virtual prototype and motion simulation technology. It has a good simulation effect, and shorten the product development time, and also can optimize the structure of the grip jaw according to the results of simulation, which provides a fast and reliable method for the similar design.
