摘要
以LS-315型螺旋输送机为研究对象,介绍一种选煤厂螺旋输送机螺旋体最佳工况离散元仿真分析方法.该方法以EDMA仿真软件为主要工具,分别从输送能力、输送速度两个角度出发,确定出螺旋输送机的螺旋体运行的最佳工况,对选煤厂螺旋输送机的控制提供支持.
Abstract
Taking LS-315 screw conveyor as an example,a method of discrete element simulation and analysis on the optimal working condition of screw conveyor in coal beneficiation plant is introduced.The method mainly adopts EDMA simulation software as the main tool,respectively,from the perspective of conveying capacity and conveying speed,to determine the optimal operating conditions of the screw conveyor screw body,and to provide support for the control of the screw conveyor of coal processing plant.
