摘要

带式输送机滚筒结构对其使用稳定可靠性具有重要的影响,针对滚筒筋板的结构分布采用有限元分析的形式进行滚筒性能的分析,建立了滚筒的分析模型,并在不同的筋板间距时对滚筒的应力及位移进行计算,对不同位置的最大应力及最大位移进行分析.结果表明,可以通过减小滚筒筋板的间距来减小滚筒的最大位移及焊缝的最大应力,从而改善滚筒的使用性能.

Abstract

The structure of belt conveyor drum has an important influence on its stability and reliability,the structural distribution of the drum fascia is analysed in the form of finite element analysis of the drum performance,and the analytical model of the drum is established,and the stress and displacement of the drum are calculated at different spacing of the fascia,and the maximum stress and maximum displacement at different positions are analysed.The results show that the maximum displacement of the drum and the maximum stress of the weld seam can be reduced by decreasing the spacing of the drum fascia plates,so as to improve the performance of the drum.
