Wavelet Transform Based Abnormal Vibration Monitoring Method for Centrifugal Compressor Return Line
In order to avoid the loss of time-frequency resolution of the return line vibration signal,the centrifugal compressor return line vibration signal is preprocessed by using wavelet transform,in which the frequency slice function and scale factor are introduced,using which the original vibration signal exists in the form of a joint distribution in both time and frequency domains,and the signal slice function is adjusted adaptively along with the vibration frequency of the original signal.In the abnormal vibration monitoring stage,the excitation effect generated when the vortex enters the return line is fully considered,and the wavelet transform processed signal is combined to achieve the monitoring of abnormal vibration of the return line.In the test results,the centrifugal compressor return line vibration frequency and the peak vibration monitoring results in the horizontal and vertical directions show high accuracy.
