采煤机扭转轴参数化设计研究

为了提升采煤机扭矩轴可靠性,通过对扭矩轴进行模拟分析,分别从静力学及动力学两个方面分析扭矩轴应力变化情况,发现在1倍电机额定功率下,扭矩大剪切应力分别为304。07 MPa和610。5 MPa,此时扭矩轴起到过载保护的作用。同时对不同卸荷槽圆弧半径下静力学特性及扭矩轴的疲劳特性进行分析,发现最佳的卸荷槽圆弧半径为24 mm,此时的扭矩轴能够克服材料疲劳损伤,满足正常运转。
Research on Parametric Design of Torsion Shaft of Coal Mining machine
In order to improve the reliability of the torque shaft of the coal mining machine,through the simulation analysis of the torque shaft,respectively,from the static mechanics and dynamics of the two aspects of the torque shaft stress changes,and found that in 1 times the rated power of the motor,the torque of the large shear stress of 304.07 MPa and 610.5 MPa,at this time the torque shaft to play the role of overload protection.At the same time,the static mechanical characteristics and fatigue characteristics of the torque shaft are analysed under different unloading groove radii,and it is found that the optimal unloading groove radius is 24 mm,and at this time,the torque shaft is able to overcome the fatigue damage of the material to meet the normal operation.
