煤矿用粉尘浓度传感器示值误差的不确定度评定

摘要
粉尘浓度传感器是煤矿安全监控系统重要的感知设备之一,对于避免煤尘爆炸和保护作业人员身体健康发挥着重要作用,需定期送检保证其监测结果的准确性.为了评价实验室检验数据的质量,提供了一种针对煤矿用粉尘浓度传感器示值误差的不确定度评定方法和步骤,按照标准要求给出了不同测量点的不确定度,经验证表明实验室的示值误差检验结果是可靠和满足要求的.
Abstract
Dust concentration transducer is one of important sensing devices in supervision system of coal mine safety,It plays an important role in avoiding coal dust explosion and protecting workers'health,regular inspection is required to ensure the accuracy of its monitoring results.To evaluate the quality of laboratory test data,this Paper provides an overview of method and procedure for evaluation of uncertainty of indication error for dust concentration transducer used in coal mine,according to the standard requirements,the uncertainty of different measuring points is given,the experimental results show that the laboratory test results of indication error are reliable and meet the requirements.
