带式输送机启动功率平衡的研究

在当前煤矿的开采中,多应用双电机驱动模式的带式输送机,在其机头和机尾处各有电动机的支持下,利于高效驱动前后滚筒提高带式输送机的连续运输能力。结合带式输送机在启动阶段存在的多电机功率不平衡问题,不利于提高带式输送机的运行稳定性,需要借助带式输送机的vogit模型进行仿真分析,明确功率平衡的影响因素,进而借助优化后的PID控制完成启动功率不平衡问题的处理。基于此,对带式输送机运行情况进行概述,分析了启动功率平衡的影响因素及处理策略,以期可以满足矿企在煤炭运输高效性方面的需要。
Study on Starting Power Balance of a Belt Conveyor
In the current coal mining,the belt conveyor with double motor drive mode is mostly applied,which is supported by electric motors at the head and tail of the machine,which is beneficial to drive the front and rear drums efficiently to improve the continuous transport capacity of the belt conveyor.However,combined with the belt conveyor in the start-up phase of the multi-motor power imbalance problem,is not conducive to improving the stability of the belt conveyor operation,the need to use the vogit model of the belt conveyor simulation analysis,clear power balance of the influencing factors,and then with the help of optimised PID control to complete the start-up power imbalance problem.To this end,the operation of the belt conveyor is outlined,and the influencing factors of the starting power balance and processing strategy are analysed,so as to meet the needs of mining enterprises in the coal transport efficiency.
