In the current coal mining,the hoist as the main auxiliary transport equipment,easy in the emergency braking there are off the rope,short rope,skidding and other problems,is not conducive to the effective implementation of the principle of safe mining,the need for mining enterprises to understand the emergency braking of the hoist risk potential hazards,and to ensure that the hoisting system has the stability of the different parameters of the impact on the emergency braking.Based on this,with the help of SolidWorks,RecurDyn and ANSYS software for the construction of multi-flexible body dynamics simulation model of the hoist,and then carry out the analysis of the emergency braking conditions(devolution)of the hoist,and finally with the help of the variable method to study the braking torque and the height of the cage overhang on the emergency braking characteristics of the hoisting system,which will provide a data basis for the safe operation of the hoist to meet the development needs of the mining enterprises.development needs of mining enterprises.
