采煤机截割部齿轮受力及疲劳寿命分析

为了解决采煤机截割部截割过程截齿发生疲劳损耗的问题,以MG300/700-WD型采煤机截割部为研究对象,利用数值模拟软件对齿轮受力进行分析,发现齿轮截齿接触位置出现应力接触的最大值,最大应力值为241。69 MPa,对齿轮应变云图进行分析,发现最大的应变值出现在啮合截齿的齿根部位,最大弹性应变值为1。22 × 10-3,所以在此位置最容易出现损坏,同时对不同夹矸性质及位置齿轮疲劳寿命进行分析,发现寿命的平均天数为184 d,为后续事前管理提供一定的参考。
Analysis of Force and Fatigue Life of Gears in Cutting Section of Coal Mining Machine
In order to solve the problem of fatigue loss of cut-off gears during the cutting process of coal mining machine cutting section,taking MG300/700-WD type coal mining machine cutting section as the research object,the numerical simulation software is used to analyse the force on the gears,and it is found that the maximum value of stress contact occurs in the contact position of gear cut-off gears,and the maximum value of stress is 241.69 MPa,and the analysis of the gear strain cloud graph is carried out,and it is found that the maximum value of strain occurs in the root part of engaged cut-off teeth,and the maximum value of strain occurs in the root part of engaged cut-off teeth.Gear strain map analysis,found that the maximum strain value appears in the tooth root of the meshing intercepted teeth,the maximum elastic strain value of 1.22 x 10-3 mm/mm,so in this position is most likely to be damaged,and at the same time on the different gangue nature and location of the gear fatigue life analysis,found that the life of the average number of days for the life of 184 days,for the subsequent prior to the management to provide a certain reference.
