摘要

为明确旋进旋涡湿气计量工艺在川西气田的适应性,以川西气田常规致密气井和含凝析油气井的生产特征为基础,通过分析不同工况下旋进旋涡流量计的误差范围,明确旋进旋涡湿气计量工艺在川西气田的应用界限为水气比<3 m3/104 m3.该工艺在川西气田常规致密气井和含凝析油气井的现场应用适应性较强,能满足现场湿气计量要求.初步形成了替代轮换计量和单井分离计量的湿气计量工艺推广方案,可省去分离器、轮换阀组等设备,大大简化站场流程,有利于站场建设降本增效,可在其他区块开展试验并推广应用.

Abstract

In order to clarify the adaptability of the rotary vortex wet gas metering process in the West Sichuan gas field,based on the production characteristics of conventional tight gas wells and condensate-containing gas wells in the West Sichuan gas field,and by analysing the error ranges of the rotary vortex flowmeter in different working conditions,it is clarified that the limit of the application of the rotary vortex wet gas metering process in the West Sichuan gas field is a water/gas ratio of<3 m3/104 m3.The field adaptability of this process is relatively strong for the application of this process in the West Sichuan gas field,conventional tight gas wells and condensate-containing gas wells,and it can be applied in a better way.The process has strong adaptability in the field application of conventional tight gas wells and condensate-containing gas wells in the West Sichuan gas field,and can meet the requirements of wet gas metering in the field.A preliminary wet gas metering process promotion plan has been formed to replace rotary metering and single-well separation metering,which can eliminate the separator,rotary valve group and other equipment,greatly simplify the station process,and is conducive to cost reduction and efficiency of the station construction,and can be tested and popularised for application in other blocks.
