Performance Study of High Efficiency and Low Consumption Fast-Opening Filter Press in Coal Processing Plant
The traditional fast-opening filter press applied in coal preparation plant has the problems of low efficiency and high moisture of flotation concentrate,so it is necessary to actively carry out the research on the performance of high-efficiency and low-consumption fast-opening filter press,which can improve the overall performance of coal slurry dewatering and make the coal preparation plant have higher competitiveness.How to effectively study the performance of high-efficiency and low-consumption fast-opening filter press from the composition of feed material,diaphragm pressing time and pump feeding time and other factors has also become a problem that needs to be considered in the optimisation of coal beneficiation plant equipment.For this reason,the operation of the fast-opening filter press is outlined and its performance is studied,and the effect of water reduction is discussed,with the aim that the quality and efficiency of coal beneficiation can be improved.
