摘要

以国内某320 t铸造起重机为分析对象,构建有限元模型,并根据现场实际工况计算起重机最大应力及最大应力发生位置.之后,将跨中满载工况的计算数据与现场实测数据进行对比,验证了模型的合理性,并对该工况下的结构刚度和截面强度进行评估.经过分析得出,应力最大值位于主梁跨端圆弧板边缘处,且在跨中满载工况下,主梁静刚度和跨中截面强度均合格.

Abstract

Taking a 320 t casting crane as the object of analysis,a finite element model is constructed,and the maximum stress and the location of maximum stress are calculated according to the actual working conditions in the field.After that,the calculated data of full load working condition in the span are compared with the measured data in the field to verify the reasonableness of the model and evaluate the structural stiffness and section strength under this working condition.After analysis,it is concluded that the maximum value of stress is located at the edge of the arc plate at the span end of the main girder,and the static stiffness of the main girder and the strength of the cross-section at mid-span under full load condition are qualified.
