Influence of Blade Installation Angle on the Aerodynamic Characteristics of Axial Flow Ventilators
In order to solve the problem of low safety of ventilator blades in actual operation due to the front-back offset of the blades,a research on the influence of blade installation angle on the aerodynamic characteristics of ventilators was carried out.Firstly,based on the OB-84 axial flow ventilator,the simulation model is constructed and meshed according to the simulation requirements based on the analysis of its aerodynamic structure and blade airfoil structure.Then,based on the constructed simulation model,the effects of the blade installation angle on the aerodynamic characteristic curve,outlet static pressure and total pressure are investigated respectively,and the research results will lay the foundation for the subsequent mechanism of blade offset affecting the efficiency and safe operation of the ventilator.
