摘要
基于采煤机滚筒截割煤壁过程特征,介绍一种适用于采煤机滚筒截割煤壁过程分析的动力学仿真分析方法.此方法需先根据采煤机滚筒截割煤壁过程特征构建仿真模型,根据仿真模型通过ABAQUS软件实现动力学仿真分析,进而获取滚筒截割煤壁动态过程分析、滚筒三向受力分析、叶片升角对滚筒受力的影响分析三种截割过程动力学分析结果.将动力学仿真分析方法应用于工程实践,检验动力学仿真分析方法应用价值.
Abstract
Based on the characteristics of coal mining machine drum cutting coal wall process,a kinetic simulation analysis method is introduced,which is suitable for the analysis of coal mining machine drum cutting coal wall process.This method needs to construct a simulation model based on the characteristics of the drum cutting process of coal mining machine,and then achieve the dynamics simulation analysis through ABAQUS software,so as to obtain the results of three kinds of cutting process dynamics analyses:the dynamic process analysis of the drum cutting wall,the three-direction force analysis of the drum,and the effect of the rising angle of the blades on the force analysis of the drum.The dynamics simulation analysis method is applied to engineering practice to test the application value of the dynamics simulation analysis method.
