摘要

在机器人技术得到广泛应用后,各大高校纷纷对机械臂进行创客教学,迫切需求一种简单、价格低廉的小桌面级机械臂,以满足学生学习、机械臂比赛、科研等方面的需求.基于此,研究了机械臂的设计和实践方法,从软件和硬件两个角度出发,设计了一个具有简易构造的小型台式机械臂.其在结构上,已设计好底座、机械臂、末端执行机构等,并达到了基础操作所需的移动距离的效果;在功能上,取得了可以完成底部舵机控制、关节舵机控制、末端执行器舵机控制的实效.

Abstract

After robotics technology has been widely used,major universities and colleges have been teaching creativity to robotic arms,and there is an urgent need for a simple and inexpensive small desktop-level robotic arm to meet the needs of students'learning,robotic arm competitions,scientific research and other aspects.Based on this,the design and practice methods of robotic arm are studied,and a small desktop robotic arm with simple construction is designed from both software and hardware perspectives.In its structure,it has designed the base,robotic arm,end-effector and so on,and has achieved the effect of moving distance required for basic operation;in function,it has achieved the effectiveness of being able to complete the control of the bottom servo,the control of the joint servo,and the control of the servo of the end-effector.
