当安装系统损坏或工艺原因需要增加潜水搅拌机或推流器时,需要排除池中污水进行安装,由于污水处理中的活性污泥培养时间很长,如果排出池中水体安装搅拌机,会严重影响污水处理工艺的正常运行。基于此,在污水处理运行过程中,通过设置包含桁架和导杆的安装架,可以实现在不脱水工况下安装潜水搅拌机(推流器),同时可以实现平面流场或竖向流场以及空间流场的调节,从而满足不同工艺的流场需求。
Flow Field Regulation Method Based on Non-Dewatering Installation of Submersible Mixer(Pusher)
When the installation system is damaged or process reasons need to increase the submersible mixer or pusher,it is necessary to exclude the sewage in the pool for installation.Due to the long cultivation time of activated sludge in wastewater treatment,if the water in the pool is discharged to install the mixer,the normal operation of the wastewater treatment process will be seriously affected.Based on this,the installation of submersible mixer(pusher)under non-dewatering condition can be realised by setting up the mounting frame containing truss and guide bar during the operation of sewage treatment,and at the same time,the adjustment of planar or vertical flow field and spatial flow field can be realised,so as to satisfy the flow field requirements of different processes.
