摘要
运用人机工效学和太阳能发电原理,研制出纯电乳液喷涂机设备.一方面突破乳化沥青在道路施工接缝和边角处喷洒不均匀、未完全覆盖的局限性,另一方面采用蓄电池为动力装置、太阳能板或市电为供电方式,实现设备安全运输、安全操作和降低综合使用费用.
Abstract
Using ergonomics and solar power generation principle,pure electric emulsion sprayer equipment was developed.On the one hand,it breaks through the limitation that emulsified asphalt is sprayed unevenly and not completely covered at the joints and edges of road construction,and on the other hand,it adopts storage battery as the power device and solar panel or utility power as the power supply to achieve the safe transportation,safe operation and reduce the comprehensive use cost of the equipment.
