针对线摩擦带式输送机运行过程中,空载、少载时承载带与传动带间摩擦产生的驱动力不足,导致主机系统能耗增加,以及满载时承载带与传动带间摩擦力激增造成的皮带过度磨损问题,设计了带式输送机线摩擦驱动增压装置,并通过模拟软件对其进行仿真分析。结果表明,摩擦驱动增压装置可按照预先设定的压力大小,自动调节皮带的法向力,能够改善驱动力不足的现象,有利于输送机长距离、大运量运输。同时为类似工况下线摩擦带式输送机的大规模投产使用提供借鉴。
Design and Application of Friction-Driven Booster Device for Long-Distance Belt Conveyor Line in a Coal Mine
Aiming at the operation process of line friction belt conveyor,the driving force generated by the friction between the carrier belt and the driving belt is insufficient when there is no load or less load,which leads to the increase of energy consumption of the host system,and the excessive wear of the belt caused by the friction surge between the carrier belt and the driving belt when it is fully loaded.A belt conveyor line friction drive booster device is designed and simulated by simulation software.The results show that the friction drive booster device can automatically adjust the normal force of the belt according to the pre-set pressure size,which can improve the phenomenon of insufficient driving force,and is conducive to the conveyor's long-distance and large-capacity transport.At the same time,it provides reference for the large-scale production and use of line friction belt conveyor under similar working conditions.
