包装机物料站胶带自动供给装置结构设计

摘要
随着烟草机械技术不断进步,设备生产速度也越来越高,对设备自动化的要求也越来越高,烟草包装机生产物料无法自动化供给的短板逐渐显现出来.其中,胶带供给装置是影响包装机械全自动供给系统的主要因素.现有胶带供给装置多为人工操作,人工预先切割要求长度的胶带,需要拼接时,将胶带放置在拼接位置,效率较低,易失误.为解决这一问题,介绍一种新型包装机物料站胶带自动供给装置.
Abstract
With the continuous progress of tobacco machinery technology,the production speed of equipment is getting higher and higher,and the demand for equipment automation is getting higher and higher,and the deficiency that tobacco packaging machine production materials can not be supplied automatically appears gradually.Among them,the tape supply device is the main factor affecting the automatic supply system of packaging machinery.The existing tape supply devices are mostly manual operation,manual pre-cutting the required length of tape,when the need for splicing,the tape will be placed in the splicing position,the efficiency is low,easy to be physical.In order to solve this problem,this paper will introduce a new type of automatic belt supply device for packaging machine material station.
