工作面两巷单元支架自动化挪移装置的设计

高庄煤业公司采煤工作面两巷单元支架以往采用手动的吊钩方式进行安撤,存在自动化程度不高、工作效率低下、安全隐患等问题。针对这一情况,设计了一种新型的工作面两巷单元支架用自动化挪移装置,在原单轨吊上设备上安设两组安撤机械手,通过安撤机械手实现单元支架在工位和单轨吊之间横向移动,可有效实现单元支架长距离运输。该自动化挪移装置在3 下 302工作面中的应用效果理想,提高了支护效率,降低职工劳动强度,减少支护材料投入,从而保证工作面正常回采。
Design of Automated Shifting Device for Unit Support in Two Lanes of Working Face
Gaozhuang Coal Company coal mining face two-channel unit bracket used to use manual hook method to carry out the removal,there is a degree of automation is not high,low efficiency,there are safety hazards and other problems.In view of this situation,a new type of working face two-channel unit support with automation moving device is designed,two groups of retreating manipulator are installed on the original monorail crane equipment,and the retreating manipulator realises the transverse movement of the unit support between the work station and monorail crane,which can effectively realize the long-distance transport of the unit support,and the automation moving device is ideally applied in the working face of the 302 under 3,which improves the support efficiency,reduces the labour intensity of the workers,and reduces the support material.The application of this automated shifting device in 302 working face under 3 has ideal effect,which improves the supporting efficiency,reduces the labour intensity of workers,reduces the input of supporting materials,and thus ensures the normal mining of working face.
