以MG300/700型阶梯形滚筒为研究对象,介绍了采煤机阶梯形滚筒截煤性能有限元分析方法,该方法分别从煤壁破坏形态、滚筒截煤载荷曲线和相对动平衡状态下滚筒载荷等方面着手,分析阶梯形滚筒的截煤性能,为优化阶梯形滚筒提供支持,有利于提升采煤机的运行效率。
Analysis of the Technical Points of the Construction of Steel Sand Floor
Taking MG300/700 stepped drum as an example,the finite element analysis method of coal intercepting performance of stepped drum of coal mining machine is introduced,which analyzes the coal intercepting performance of stepped drum from the aspects of coal wall damage morphology,drum intercepting load curves,and drum load under relative dynamic balance state,so as to provide support for the optimization of the stepped drum,which is conducive to the operating efficiency of the coal mining machine.
