摘要

以SGZ880/800型刮板输送机圆环链为研究对象,开展了圆环链接触强度分析工作.结果表明,圆环链与圆环接触位置存在应力集中,此处是圆环链出现接触磨损的主要位置.采用拓扑优化方法,完成了刮板链环的优化改进.仿真计算结果表明,改进前后圆环链的质量由2.841 kg降低至了2.733 kg,减轻了3.80%;最大等效应力的提升和最大等效应变的降低数值较小.实现了刮板链在不损害链环刚度的条件下的轻量化设计,效果较为显著.

Abstract

The contact strength analysis of the circular chain of SGZ880/800 scraper conveyor was carried out with the circular chain as the research object.The results show that there is a stress concentration at the contact position between the round link chain and the ring,and this is the main position where contact wear occurs in the round link chain.The optimisation and improvement of the scraper chain ring was completed by using the topology optimisation method.Simulation results show that the mass of the chain is reduced from 2.841 kg to 2.733 kg before and after the improvement,which is a reduction of 3.80%;the increase of the maximum equivalent force and the reduction of the maximum equivalent strain are small.The lightweight design of the scraper chain without compromising the stiffness of the chain ring is achieved,and the effect is quite remarkable.
