摘要
高庄煤业公司以EBZ260掘进机为基础改进设计了EBZ260M-4型掘锚护探一体机,该掘锚护探一体机可完成截割、装载、输送等工序及锚杆锚索安装、临时支护、探水孔施工等功能,实现了锚护工作的机械化作业,提高了安全系数.该掘锚护探一体机在3下502底抽巷进行了工业性试验,平均进尺从以往的3.4 m/d提升至5.1 m/d,增加幅度达50％,掘进作业速度大幅度提高.
Abstract
Gaozhuang Coal Company has improved and designed the EBZ260M-4 type digging,anchoring,protecting and exploring machine based on the EBZ260 roadheader,which can complete the process of cutting,loading,conveying and other processes,as well as the installation of anchor rods and anchor cables,temporary support,and the construction of water holes,which realises the mechanization of the work of anchoring and protecting and improves the safety coefficient.The integrated machine for digging,anchoring,protecting and exploring has been tested industrially in the bottom pumping lane 502 under 3,and the average footage has been increased from 3.4 m/d to 5.1 m/d,which is an increase of 50％,and the speed of the digging operation has been greatly improved.
