摘要
将基于矿用绞车的特点及性能要求,结合现有矿用绞车滚筒的实际结构特点,提出一种矿用绞车滚筒优化设计方案,并以此为基础构建矿用绞车滚筒有限元模型,从静力学分析和模态分析两个角度实施有限元分析,验证此设计方案的有效性,并将优化方案应用于工程实践,以实践来进一步验证优化方案的有效性.
Abstract
Based on the characteristics and performance requirements of the mine winch,combined with the actual structural characteristics of the existing mine winch drum,a mine winch drum optimisation design scheme is proposed,based on which a mine winch drum finite element model is constructed,and the finite element analysis is implemented from the perspectives of static and modal analyses,to verify the effectiveness of this design scheme.And the optimisation scheme is applied to engineering practice to further verify the effectiveness of the optimisation scheme.
