In order to realise the difficult problem of large gear tooth pitch deviation measurement,a large gear tooth pitch deviation measuring instrument is developed.In order to solve the problem that the elastic deformation of the elastic measuring rod mechanism affects the measurement accuracy,its composition and working principle are introduced and simulated by ANSYS Workbench.According to the calculation results,its error is analysed and optimized to improve the measuring accuracy of the instrument.After simulation analysis,changing the thickness of the hinge can reduce its measurement error,which provides a certain theoretical basis for the future error analysis of the measuring instrument.
