Optimization Design and Analysis of Driving Drum for DT-Ⅱ(A)belt conveyer
In order to further explore the possible optimization path of the belt conveyor transmission drum,this paper takes the DT-Ⅱ(A)belt conveyor commonly used in a coal mine enterprise as the research object,conducts three-dimensional modeling and finite element analysis on the transmission drum structure of the belt conveyor,and proposes the optimization strategy of the transmission drum combined with the stress and strain distribution.On this basis,combined with the optimization function of ANSYS finite element analysis software,the structural parameters of the drive drum are optimized through the steps of input parameters,generating optimization files and automatic iterative calculation.The optimization results show that the optimized drive drum can effectively achieve the weight reduction goal without too much influence on the structure under the premise of stress and strain,thus taking into account the operating performance and cost,indicating that the study has played a certain role.
