为进一步探究煤矿掘进工作面通风机的可能优化措施,以FBD No8。0/2×55kW型对旋式通风机为研究对象,通过对其进行仿真建模和有限元分析,明确原方案下出现叶片尖端的变形量偏高、共振与噪声问题的主要发生机理,而后以NACA4415型叶片翼型作为优化方案对通风机进行优化。结果显示,优化后的叶片翼型在降低变形量、流场涡量等方面均发挥较为突出的作用,同时也在理论上有效解决了共振问题,具有潜在的应用价值。
Analysis of Operation Characteristics of FBD No8.0/2×55kW Fan in Coal Mining Face
In order to further explore the possible optimization measures for the fan of coal mine heading face,this paper takes the FBD No8.0/2×55kW counterrotating fan as the research object.Through simulation modeling and finite element analysis,the main mechanism of high deformation,resonance and noise of blade tip under the original scheme is clarified.Then NACA4415 blade airfoil is used as the optimization scheme to optimize the fan.The results show that the optimized blade airfoil plays a prominent role in reducing the deformation and vorticity of the flow field,and also effectively solves the resonance problem in theory,which has potential application value.
