采煤机机载式喷雾引射控降尘装置优化及应用研究

以高庄煤业3 下 502工作面为研究对象,对采煤机割煤时机身段风速和粉尘分布特征进行分析,采煤机机载式喷雾引射控降尘装置从喷雾引射风量和结构两方面进行优化设计。结果表明,应用优化控降尘装置后,可对含尘风流进行控风,采煤机割煤时司机处的呼吸尘和总尘的降尘效率分别达到92。7%和86。5%,控降尘效果显著。
Optimisation and Application Study of On-Board Spray-Guided Dust Reduction Device for Coal Mining Machine
Gaozhuang Coal Industry 3 under the 502 working face as the research object,the coal mining machine cut coal body section wind speed and dust distribution characteristics of the analysis,coal mining machine on-board spray ejection control and dust reduction device from the spray ejection air volume and structure of two aspects of the optimization of the design,the results of the application of practice show that:application of the optimization of the control of the reduction device,can be controlled on the dusty wind flow,the driver of the coal mining machine cutting the driver's respiratory and total dust of 92.7%dust reduction efficiency,respectively,of the dust reduction efficiency.The efficiency of dust reduction reaches 92.7%and 86.5%respectively,and the effect of dust control and reduction is remarkable.
