为进一步探究掘进机截割部的高效率运行,以常见的悬臂式掘进机模型为基础,对其进行简化和动力学分析,根据分析结果对掘进机在各种情况下的截割路径进行了规划与优化。从模拟仿真结果来看,掘进机截割路径优化工作在理论上取得了较优成果,预计其能够在今后的相关工作中逐步应用。
Optimisation and Dynamic Analysis of Cutting Path of Roadheader
In order to further explore the efficient operation of the cutter section of the roadheader,the common cantilever roadheader model is used as the basis for simplification and kinetic analysis,and the cutting path of the roadheader in various situations is planned and optimised according to the results of the analysis.From the simulation results,the optimisation of cut-off path of roadheader has achieved better results theoretically,and it is expected that it can be gradually applied in future related work.
