掘进机横摆作业截割头运动参数的优化设计

掘进机是煤矿开采中重要的设备,在掘进过程中,截割头受到煤岩的冲击等作用,受到较大的阻力。横摆作业工况下,截割头的转速及横摆速度对掘进机截割的效率及能耗等具有直接的影响作用。基于此,采用序列二次规划算法对截割头的运动参数进行优化计算。结果表明,对截割头的转速及横摆速度进行优化后,其截割阻力及推进阻力具有明显的降低,可以提高掘进截割的效率,可以为掘进机的设计使用提供参考指导。
Optimization Design of Cutting Head Motion Parameters for Cross-Swing Operation of Roadheader
Roadheader is an important equipment in coal mining,in the process of digging,the cutting head is subjected to the impact of coal and rock,which has a large resistance.In the process of cutting,the cutting head is subjected to the impact of coal and rock,which has a large resistance.Under the condition of transverse swing operation,the rotational speed of the cutting head and the transverse swing speed have a direct influence on the efficiency of cutting and energy consumption of the roadheader.Based on this,the sequence quadratic programming algorithm is used to optimize the motion parameters of the cutting head,and the results show that after optimization of the rotational speed and the traverse speed,the cutting resistance and propulsion resistance have a significant reduction,which can improve the efficiency of the cutting of the roadheading,the optimization effect is obvious,and it can provide a reference guide for the design and use of the roadheading machine.
