Mechanical Analysis of Key Components of Filling Hydraulic Bracket
In order to explore the improvement path of the operation quality of the filling hydraulic stent,the ZC8800 gangue filling hydraulic stent independently researched and developed by a coal mine enterprise is taken as the research object,and the finite element analysis method is applied to analyse the force of the four main parts of the filling hydraulic stent-the top beam,the base,the cover beam and the column-under the typical working conditions,and the optimization is carried out according to the results of the analysis.The test results show that the optimised structures have been significantly improved in the force conditions,which proves that preliminary progress has been made in this analysis and optimisation work.
