Application of Web Welding in the Intermediate Fracture Problem of Belt Conveyor Rollers
In the process of coal mining,due to environmental problems,coupled with the large specific gravity of the material,the belt conveyor bearing rollers tube body will often appear fracture fault,in this case,the rollers will fall off or warping and other problems,to the belt transport to bring about a serious impact,based on this,a certain type of rollers as an example of the belt conveyor,the use of Solidworks software for the establishment of the rollers of the three-dimensional model,according to the body force conditions Propose the optimization and improvement measures of web welding,and use ANSYS to analyze the stress and deformation of the optimized rollers,and analyze the feasibility of web welding optimization of the rollers,in order to provide a reference for related issues.
