采煤机截割部一级行星架疲劳寿命分析与优化研究

针对采煤机截割部一级行星架经常出现断裂的问题,以MG1000/2500-WD型大采高采煤机截割部一级行星架为研究对象,借助ANSYS有限元仿真分析方法,开展了疲劳寿命分析工作。结果表明,一级行星架工作时承载的静载荷较小,输出轴与太阳轮处位置载荷循环次数最小,属于疲劳危险区域。通过增大输出轴轴肩圆角半径尺寸的优化方法完成一级行星架优化,仿真结果表明,优化之后的一级行星架静强度微量增大,疲劳强度得到了较大幅度的提升。
Fatigue Life Analysis and Optimisation of the First-Stage Planetary Frame of Coal Mining Machine Cutting Section
Aiming at the problem of frequent fracture of the planetary carrier of the first stage of the cutting section of coal mining machine,the fatigue life analysis was carried out with the help of ANSYS finite element simulation and analysis method,taking the fiirst stage of the cutting section of the MG 1000/2500-WD coal mining machine as the object of research.The results show that the static load carried by the first-stage planetary carrier is small,and the number of load cycles at the position of output shaft and sun wheel is the smallest,which belongs to the fatigue hazardous area.The optimisation of the first stage planetary carrier is completed by the optimisation method of increasing the size of the shoulder radius of the output shaft,and the simulation results show that the static strength of the first stage planetary carrier after the optimisation is slightly increased,and the fatigue strength has been greatly improved.
