为解决三角支架因承受过大的载荷,导致支架结构变形和损坏;工作时间过长,降低了支架的工作极限,支架结构严重失效,导致输送系统停机的问题,以带式输送机三角支架为研究对象,建立支架三维实体模型,利用ABAQUS软件对三角支座模型进行结构优化设计,分析荷载作用下三角支座的应力-应变位移,并根据软件分析结果对三角支座进行优化.
Optimisation Analysis of Coal Mine Belt Conveyor Support Structure
The triangular bracket is subjected to excessive load,which leads to deformation and damage of the bracket structure.The working time is too long,which reduces the working limit of the bracket,and the bracket structure fails seriously,leading to the shutdown of the conveyor system.Taking the triangular support of belt conveyor as an example,the three-dimensional solid model of the support is established,and the structural optimization design of the triangular support model is carried out by using ABAQUS software to analyse the stress-strain displacement of the triangular support under the action of load,and the optimization of the triangular support is carried out according to the results of the software analysis.
