摘要
为进一步探究迈步自移式超前支架的力学特点,以某煤矿企业的ZQL2×3 000/18/37型迈步自移式超前支架为研究对象,通过有限元分析方法对其进行力学分析,以明确其应力分布情况,提出针对性的优化策略.从实际优化效果来看,该支架结构的力学性能得到显著改善,可为后续工作提供参考借鉴.
Abstract
In order to further investigate the mechanical characteristics of the ZQL type overrun bracket,the ZQL2×3000/18/37 type overrun bracket is taken as a case study in a coal mine,and is mechanically analysed by finite element analysis to clarify the stress distribution and put forward the targeted optimization strategy.From the actual optimisation effect,the mechanical properties of the bracket structure are significantly improved,which can provide reference for the subsequent work.
