为进一步提升综掘机液压系统性能,解决传统液压系统在复杂工况下出现液压元器件损坏严重的问题,在对综掘机当前负流量、正流量、负载敏感等系统优劣势进行对比的基础上,提出了采用正流量与负载敏感相结合的液压系统进行改进,并基于AMESim软件验证了改进后液压系统的性能,取得了较好的效果。
Analysis and Improvement of Hydraulic System of Synthesis Digging Machine
In order to further improve the performance of the hydraulic system of the synthesizer,and to solve the problem of serious damage to the hydraulic components of the traditional hydraulic system under complex working conditions,on the basis of comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the current system of the synthesizer,such as negative flow,positive flow,and load-sensitive system,we propose to improve the hydraulic system by using the combination of positive flow and load-sensitive hydraulic system,and we have verified the performance of the improved hydraulic system based on the AMESim software.performance,and achieved better results.
