In order to solve the problem of large cross-section coal mine support, which is difficult and inefficient, leading to the uncoordinated ratio of mining and digging and thus affecting the efficiency of coal mine production, based on the analysis of the geology of the working face and the problems of the current support scheme;based on the comparison of the stability of the peripheral rock of the working face corresponding to the different support schemes based on the FLAC3D software,it is determined to optimize the support scheme by adopting the scheme 2;finally,at the implementation level,it is determined to optimize the support parameters of the digging process and support operation and the lag distance of the operation. The lagging distance of digging process and supporting operation is determined, and practice shows that the adoption of multi-process cross parallel operation can directly improve the digging efficiency by 25.3%.
