为在泡沫固化土实验中,进一步提升对泡沫的流量及发泡倍数的控制,在现有泡沫发生设备上,重点完成了包含控制及监测在内的自动化升级;通过安装电磁阀及传感器,结合PLC及触摸屏,基于相对应的软件完成对于泡沫液及压缩空气流量的控制和监测。经过试验,通过调整发泡倍数,该设备可形成满足试验要求下不同泡沫,以满足泡沫混凝土的各类需求。
PLC-Based Design of Foam Generation Equipment for Curing Soil
In order to further improve the control of foam flow and foaming times in foam curing soil experiments,we focus on the completion of the automation upgrading,including control and monitoring,on the existing foam generating equipment;through the installation of solenoid valves and sensors,combined with the PLC and the touch screen,and based on the corresponding software to complete the control and monitoring of the foam liquid and compressed air flow.After the test,by adjusting the foaming multiplier,the equipment can form different foams to meet the test requirements,in order to meet the various needs of foam concrete.
