充填液压支架自动控制系统设计及应用效果分析

为提升液压支架自动化控制水平及充填效率,通过对比分析普通液压支架系统,优化设计充填液压支架自动控制系统,整体上能够完成自动移架、充填、喷水及补压等工作,并对系统软硬件、监控系统进行设计。经应用表明:该系统可实时监测充填效果,还可直观显示支架的支护状态,且充填体对顶板控制效果明显,经对比分析发现,应用该系统后,充填开采效率提升显著。
Design and Application Effect Analysis of Automatic Control System for Liquid-Filled Stents
In order to improve the automatic control level of hydraulic bracket and filling efficiency.By comparing and analysing the common hydraulic bracket system,we optimize the design of filling hydraulic bracket automatic control system,which on the whole can complete the work of automatically moving the frame,filling,spraying water and replenishing the pressure,etc.;and we also design the system hardware and software,monitoring system.The application shows that:the system can monitor the filling effect in real time,but also intuitively display the support status of the stent,and the filling body of the roof plate control effect is obvious,and the final comparative analysis found that after the application of the system,the efficiency of filling and mining is improved significantly.
