基于视觉监测的输送机防跑偏控制系统的研究

为了解决输送机系统在运行过程中存在的输送带跑偏问题突出的情况,提出了一种以视觉监测为核心的输送带跑偏自动校正装置,其以视觉监测判断输送带的跑偏量,然后自动计算纠偏量并发出纠偏控制信号,控制调节装置实现对输送带运行状态的自动调整。根据实际应用表明,新的防跑偏系统纠偏响应时间约为2。4s,能够将输送机运行偏斜故障率降低94。6%,极大提升了输送机系统的运行平稳性。
Research on Anti-Runaway Control System of Conveyor Based on Visual Monitoring
In order to solve the prominent problem of conveyor deflection during the operation of the conveyor system,a conveyor deflection automatic correction device based on visual monitoring is proposed,which determines the deflection of the conveyor belt by visual monitoring,then automatically calculates the deflection correction amount and sends out the deflection correction control signal,and controls the regulating device to achieve the automatic adjustment of the conveyor belt operation state.According to the practical application,the response time of the new anti-skew system is about 2.4s,which can reduce the failure rate of conveyor running skew by 94.6%and greatly improve the smoothness of the conveyor system.
