摘要
针对某型发动机工作过程中引射管喷油雾故障,依据发动机滑油系统结构、工作原理、滑油系统附件工作原理,对故障进行机理分析,制定了故障树和故障排查流程.在实际工作中,应用制定的排查流程进行检查,能快速定位故障点,提高排除故障效率,该流程对排除同类故障具有一定的参考意义.
Abstract
Aiming at the failure of oil spraying mist on the pilot tube during the working process of a certain type of engine,based on the structure and working principle of the engine sliding oil system and the working principle of the accessories of the sliding oil system,the mechanism of the failure is analysed,and the fault tree and the fault troubleshooting process are formulated.In practice,applying the formulated troubleshooting process for inspection can quickly locate the fault point and improve the troubleshooting efficiency,and the process has certain reference significance for troubleshooting similar faults.
