某型发动机异常停车故障研究

摘要
发动机异常停车故障直接威胁发动机的安全高效运行,甚至导致事故,快速准确排除故障对于发动机的安全运行意义重大.基于此,结合某型发动机原理、现场检查、验证等情况,列出相关系统因素,建立异常停车故障树.通过对故障树底事件进行逐个分析、验证排查,找出故障原因,制定预防措施,提出外场检查方案.
Abstract
Abnormal engine stopping faults directly threaten the safe and efficient operation of the engine and even lead to accidents,so it is of great significance to quickly and accurately eliminate the faults for the safe operation of the engine.Based on this,combined with the principle of a certain type of engine,on-site inspection,verification,etc.,the relevant system factors are listed,and the abnormal stopping fault tree is established.By analysing and verifying the events at the bottom of the fault tree one by one,we can find out the cause of the fault,formulate preventive measures and put forward the field inspection plan.
